It has become a tradition; coming home in the fall, anchoring the light and enjoying the company of family and friends, not to mention making new ones and opening hearts! Each year our spiritual family grows, and it is our hope that ATL Ministry continues to expand and bring more light into people's lives. This year's trip is short no doubt, but it is filled with a variety of uplifting and ispiring events to choose from. We are thrilled that all of our weekly sessions will be held in one convenient location: Harmony in Action 3335 Woodward Blvd.

Weekly Sessions:
Guided Meditations
Thursdays: September 20 & 27, October 4, 11 & 18 at 7:00pm
Fee: Love offering
This 2 hour session is designed to connect you with your heart centre, to put you in a space of serenity through meditation and to uproot the blocks to your peace of mind through sharing. The session begins with a guided visualization meditation lead by Dehyana (approximately 1hr in length), followed by an open dialogue where questions are encouraged. All are welcome. The only thing that is required is an open mind!
BreathWorks™
Mondays: September 24, October 1, 8 & 15 at 7:00pm
Fee: $20
The power to heal physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually is no further than your very breath. BreathWorks™ is not complicated at all; you begin by pulling up on the inhale, drawing the breath in all the way to the top portion of your lungs where trauma is stored, and then let go – exhale and surrender to the process. What takes place is truly miraculous!
Please observe the following guidelines for BreathWorks™:
- Do not eat 2 hours prior to your session
- Always wear white as it sets the tone for the experience of healing
- Bring a pillow and a mat if you wish - along with a light blanket (the extremities often get cold during a session)
A Course In Miracles IDS
Wednesdays: September 26, Oct. 3, 10 & 17 at 7:00pm

A Course In Miracles Intensive Devotional study is designed to bring you the true essence of the book by discussing the practical applications of both the lessons and the text. ACIM IDS is an open discussion forum that is based heavily on participation, please come ready to share any challenges you may be facing; the more you share, the more you grow! Each session begins with a guided meditation with Dehyana.

Workshops
The weekend workshops will take place at Westchester at the Lake Condiminiums East Building, 9099 Riverside Drive East, Windsor, Canada from 10am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
The Sacred Solar Feminine is scheduled for September 29 & 30 and the fee is $200 (inclusive of lunches and tea breaks).
Designed to awaken the sacred feminine attributes of the right brain, this weekend workshop will challenge your concepts about what it means to experience life as a continuous expression of your authentic self. Perfect for women seeking to call forth and contribute sacred feminine qualities in their own life and to humanity, this two day workshop will show you how to manifest high level integrity by embracing unconditional love, wisdom, power and success.
Soul Astrology & Esoteric Teachings is scheduled for October 13 & 14 and the fee is $200. Each participant will receive a soul astrology chart and full length interpretation filled with insightful information based on your time, date and city of birth. Return participants are entitled to a complimentary chart for a friend or family member!
