Spiritual Tour to Bosnia – Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Deposit
A $2,000 USD deposit is required to reserve a place on the Spiritual Tour to Egypt.
A portion of the deposit ($1,000) is non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
The tour price is based on shared (twin) accommodation.
Single accommodation may be requested for an additional single supplement fee and is subject to availability.
Participants must submit a copy of the passport information page upon registration for ticketing and travel documentation.
2. Tour Price
The investment for the Spiritual Tour to Bosnia (June 15-25, 2026) is:
$4,997 USD per person (shared cabin)
Single supplement: Single rooms are limited and subject to availability. Price is TBA
Prices are quoted in USD.
The tour price includes the ground package and services as described on the official Egypt journey page at anchoringthelight.org/bosnia. Details of the itinerary and inclusions are subject to reasonable adjustments.
International airfare to and from Cairo is not included.
3. Payment Schedule
A $2,500 USD is required upon registration to secure a place on the journey. A portion of the deposit ($1,000) is non-refundable
The remaining balance is due May 1, 2026.
Participants will receive invoices for all payments.Participants requesting single accommodation will pay the applicable single supplement, which will be added to the remaining balance.

4. Price Adjustments
Tour prices are based on current travel costs and currency exchange rates.
ATL Ministry reserves the right to adjust the tour price if significant increases occur in these costs prior to departure. Participants will be notified promptly of any adjustment.
5. Cancellation Policy
Due to contractual commitments with hotels, cruise operators and travel partners, the following cancellation terms apply:
- 150–120 days before arrival – 15% loss of total travel cost
- 119–90 days before arrival – 30% loss of total travel cost
- 89–60 days before arrival – 60% loss of total travel cost
- 59–30 days before arrival – 85% loss of total travel cost
- 29 days or less before arrival – 100% loss of total travel cost
6. International Flights
Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to:
Arrival: Sarajevo International Airport (SJJ)
Arrival date: June 15, 2026
Departure: Dubrovnik International Airport (DBV)
Departure Date: June 25, 2026
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance covering:
- trip cancellation
- medical emergencies
- travel delays
is strongly recommended for all participants.
8. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow travellers, local communities, and sacred sites visited during the journey.
Participants agree to follow the schedule and instructions of the tour leader.
ATL Ministry reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or detrimental to the welfare of the group. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
9. Program Changes
ATL Ministry reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, government regulations, safety considerations, or site access restrictions.
Any changes will be made with the intention of preserving the overall experience of the journey.
10. Responsibility
Anchoring the Light LLC acts solely as the organiser of this spiritual journey and works with independent travel partners in Bosnia.
Anchoring the Light shall not be held liable for:
- delays or cancellations of flights
- acts of government authorities
- weather conditions
- injuries, illness or personal loss during travel
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visas, and travel insurance.
11. Agreement
By submitting a deposit, participants confirm that they:
- have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
- agree to the payment and cancellation policies
- accept responsibility for their travel arrangements
