Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. There is no fee to reschedule within this timeframe.

Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are generally non-refundable, as this time has been reserved especially for you.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the original end time so that other appointments are not affected.

Emergencies

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If an emergency prevents you from attending, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to respond with compassion and fairness.

All sessions are held in confidence and treated with the utmost respect for your privacy.
