Radical integration on the ascension path – embracing light and shadow as one.

What I Know for Sure Now: A Radical Path of Integration

By Dehyana

I can hardly believe it’s been nearly ten months since Jordy’s passing. Some days it feels like it happened just yesterday. Other days, it feels as though lifetimes have passed. Following Spirit has always been the compass guiding my life—and this, too, was no exception. What I didn’t realise at first was that I was stepping fully into radical integration on the ascension path—a journey that would change everything I thought I knew about grief, healing, and self-realisation.

In the early days, I remember saying that it took my voice. I had no words. No explanations. Just breath. All I could do was show up, moment by moment, fully present to whatever life placed before me.

Never before have I experienced such a complete undoing. And yet, within that unravelling, something unexpected happened. A quiet knowing emerged. A presence. A deep call to stillness. The first message came clearly and without force: Be still and know. Remain within. Allow ‘Me’ to reveal what is true and what is next.

What followed has been the most enlightening chapter of my life. Painful, yes—but rich with revelations I never saw coming. And so, in this blog, I feel called to share with you some of what has been revealed to me—truths about self-realisation, the ascension path, and the radical nature of integration.

Radical Integration on the Ascension Path Is a Choice I Make Every Day

The path I walk now is not one of seeking enlightenment. It’s one of allowing it to be lived. Radical integration on the ascension path is no longer something to talk about in workshops or readings. It’s what I wake up to. Every thought. Every breath. Every memory that haunts or heals me—it’s all invited in.

The pain, the beauty, the longing—they’ve all become tiles that make up the mosaic of my life’s story. This, I know for sure: Enlightenment is not an escape. It’s an embrace.

The I AM Presence in Radical Integration

There have been moments—quiet ones, shattering ones—when no teaching, no mantra, no sacred text could touch the place I was in. But the I AM… that presence… that awareness… it never left.

Even in the darkest grief, it stood like a lighthouse. Not judging. Not fixing. Just being. That’s the miracle, isn’t it? To discover that we don’t have to hold it all together. We just have to allow ourselves to be held—by the Self, by the Soul, by the I AM.

What Ascension Truly Means in Radical Integration

I used to associate Ascension with lightness. Bliss. The rising above. But now I see—it’s not about rising away from anything. It’s about sinking so fully into the truth of who you are that nothing gets left behind.

Even the grief. Even the parts of me I once wanted to outgrow. Ascension, to me, is radical integration: a sacred acceptance of all that I’ve lived—without resistance, without judgment. And it’s not a straight line either. It’s circular. A spiral. A constant returning to love.

This Lifetime Is Sacred—and I Choose to Live It

Since Jordy’s passing, life has simplified itself. Not in tasks, but in essence. I don’t need to know everything anymore. I don’t need to figure it out.

This, I now know:

Life is for experiencing.

The Soul’s delight is to shine.

And freedom begins the moment I stop trying to earn it.

So I allow. I soften and I trust the radiant intelligence of my Soul to lead. Every ghost from my past is being welcomed home. Every lost piece of me is being retrieved. Every breath is a prayer of embodiment. This is radical integration on the ascension path in action—choosing to live fully, even in the presence of loss.

To Those Walking Through the Fire: Take Note

“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all of the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” —A Course in Miracles, T-16.IV.6

We are all in a time of great undoing. Illusions are dissolving. Identities are unravellin,g and self-concepts are being shattered. Whether quietly or chaotically, something in each of us is being asked to die so that something truer may rise.

And if you are among those seeking the path of self-realisation—longing for enlightenment on the ascension journey—know this: the road is one of radical integration. It is not about escaping life by floating above it—it is about embracing all of it, and showing up as the embodiment of Love.

You will be called to face yourself. You will meet the shadows and echoes of your past. And you will be asked to love them—not with shame, blame, or fear, but with radical compassion. The story of your life is a beautiful mosaic—every triumph, every trial, every tear, and every joy forming the unique masterpiece of who you are.

Your light shines not in spite of the shadows, but because of them. Here’s what I remind myself whenever the road feels steep:

I am not coming undone. I am being re-formed. I am not disappearing. I am being called to Mastery, by my own Soul.

And though I may forget at times… in the words of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, “You did say yes to this.”

A Closing Blessing on the Path of Radical Integration

My offering for you in this blog is to remember: the ascension path is radical. Meeting every version, every part of yourself and integrating them is holy. Your I AM Presence is not far away—it waits patiently within the sacred temple of your own being.

“You are the work of God, and His work is wholly lovable and wholly loving. This is how a man must think of himself in his heart, because this is what he is.” (T-1.III.2)

Walk This Path Together

If you are navigating your own time of great change—whether through grief, transition, or a deep spiritual awakening—you don’t have to walk it alone.
