Spiritual Discernment: Finding Truth in a World of Spiritual Noise
On Spiritual Healing, Discernment, and the Language of Mystery
By Dehyana
I recently read about a healer whose life changed dramatically after a near-death experience. His story is extraordinary — moving from the world of technology into the realm of energy healing, speaking about soul integration, inter-dimensional connection, and the removal of energetic interference as a pathway to physical healing.
I love hearing stories like this and spend time reflecting on them rather than coming up with conclusions.
Across time and cultures, near-death experiences, profound loss, initiations — have often marked the beginning of a new way of seeing. I know this all too well. Something breaks open. Identity shifts. Life re-orients toward service, healing, or truth. This pattern is ancient. The language we use to describe it, however, is always shaped by the era and the individual. I’ve learned to listen beneath the words.
Terms like frequency, vibration, or soul aspects can point toward something real like coherence, alignment, presence, nervous system regulation, meaning-making. But they can also become literalised in ways that ask us to suspend discernment. For me, the question is never whether a story is “true” or “false,” but whether it brings us into greater honesty, compassion, and responsibility with our own inner life.
What Real Spiritual Healing Feels Like
Healing is not a hierarchy of consciousness. It is not about being “higher” or “more evolved.” It is about becoming more present — more embodied, and more willing to listen to what is actually here.
In my own life, I have witnessed real healing happen in many ways: through silence, through grief, through breath, through being deeply seen, through prayer, through the slow rewiring of my perception. What I have discovered is that what heals is not the method itself, but the space of safety and meaning that allowed my body and soul to relax and let go.
Embodied Spirituality and the Inner Compass
So I hold stories like this with curiosity and respect — without needing to adopt the framework or reject it outright. If something resonates with you, listen. If something feels inflated or distracting, notice that too. Take the best, and leave the rest. Your inner compass matters.
The deepest spiritual work I know does not pull us out of our humanity — it brings us home to it.
Walking the Path of Embodied Spirituality
This is part of why I am drawn to walk the Mariam path in Medjugorje this summer solstice — not to seek for something extraordinary, but to practice exactly this. To climb Apparition Hill as the sun rises, with an open and receptive heart. To let the feminine way of simply being present with what is, be enough. To come home to the body, to the earth, to each other.
If you feel called to explore embodied spirituality in a deeper way, this journey is an opportunity to step out of theory and into direct experience.
Together, we will walk, reflect, and practise the kind of presence this work points toward — in places that naturally support stillness, devotion, and connection.

What the Divine Mothers Would Say
Dear one, do not be dazzled by language. Truth does not announce itself loudly. It settles you. It brings you back into your body and into love.
Do not measure your healing by how extraordinary your story sounds. Measure it by how well you show up for yourself. By how honestly you feel. By how willing you are to remain present with what hurts, rather than fleeing into light.
Many will speak of ascension, frequencies, realms beyond this one. But remember, I did not leave the world to love it. I entered it fully. I stood at the foot of the cross when my son was crucified. I anointed his body with oils. I did not run.
The body is not an obstacle to Spirit. It is the altar.
And when healing is true, it does not separate you from others. It does not make you special. It makes you available.
The mother is a receiver of what is. Open. Available.
Beware of any path that lifts you above grief rather than teaching you how to hold it. Beware of any teaching that bypasses the slow work of tenderness. I was not spared sorrow — I was strengthened by staying present to it.
At the end of the day, you do not need more parts of yourself. You need fewer defences against love.
If a method brings you into humility, compassion, and responsibility, receive it with gratitude. If it leads you away from your humanity, even in the name of light — set it down.
I am closest when you are quiet. I am present when you choose mercy over meaning. I walk with those who remain human in a world desperate to escape itself.
Trust what brings you home.
With love,
Dehyana
