A Chakra Path to Spiritual Awakening

Your body is simply a communication device for God. The chakras are points of alignment, not identity. And Love is the only reality — everything else is a call for Love. Will you answer?

The Root Chakra — Anchoring in Your True Identity in God

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness…

In the realm of the physical I am anchored in the Truth of my being. I am made in the image and likeness of God, and so I commit myself to making conscious contact with the Presence of God in me as my Christ consciousness.

I am a divine spirit in this physical vehicle, and therefore I believe that God wills everything good for my life. For God is good, and I am His beloved.

I am not confused about my identity anymore. I walk in Light. God is always available because God is always present everywhere. There is no place where God is not.

I begin each day with an attitude of victory. I stand in the Light of my God, my Good. Wherever I am, God is here too. I claim victory, for Love is always present.

Where I am, God IS. I am at home. Fear is the stranger here.

The Sacral Chakra — Flowing with the Holy Spirit

I flow with the river of life. Wherever I go, God is truly there with me. The Holy Spirit is my protector and my guide in all that I think, say, and do.

Today I stand in the Light of the Holy Spirit and I act from my centre of inner peace.

If there is turbulence in my life threatening me in any way, I stand in my God-given power and command this stranger called fear to be still.

Master Teacher Jesus said, Peace I give unto you, not as the world gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

I breathe easy, for I am at home in God. Fear is the stranger here.

The Solar Plexus Chakra — Choosing God’s Mind Over the Ego

There is a stranger in our midst. But it cannot touch me, for I am at home in God. The stranger is the thought system of the ego.

But my Mind is God’s Mind, and therefore I think with God. Here in the mental plane my thoughts are in alignment with Love.

My Mind is God’s Mind. Everything else that I have placed within my mind cannot exist, for what is not in communication with the Mind of God has never been.

Communication with God is Life.

I am at home in God. Fear is the stranger here.

The Heart Chakra — This Above All, Love

This above all — LOVE.

Today I love the Lord with all my heart, with all my soul, and with all my mind.

Jesus said, Love one another as I have loved you. By this everyone will know that you are my disciple.

Keep your heart open. Be wise as serpents, harmless as doves.

I am at home in God, dreaming of exile, but I am perfectly capable of awakening to Reality. It is my decision to do so.

The Throat Chakra — Speaking Only What Aligns with Truth

I trust the Word of God. I will not speak words that put me in bondage.

I am in the driver’s seat of my own life. Fear has no place here.

I am an expression of all that is good. I embrace the Word of God and I speak the Word of God. I will not entertain nonsense.

I am content in God. Nothing is worth moving away from Love.

I am at home in God. Fear is the stranger here.

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Thy sight, O Lord, my strength and my redeemer. — Psalm 19:14

The Third Eye Chakra — Choosing Christ Vision Over Fear

I am here to be renewed by the power of my Mind — the Mind of God in me.

Do you see Love, or do you see fear? Hate, scarcity, and lack?

I am at home in God; fear is the stranger here.

Today I give my eyes to Christ within me. I have Christ Vision. I see the good.

The Christ in me sees the Light of the Christ in you.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve done. It makes no difference who you are, the colour of your skin, your culture, creed, or religion.

I am a child of God. The Light of Christ is in me, and I look beyond the body and see the soul of the Christ Light in you.

I am at home in God. Fear is the stranger here.

The Crown Chakra — Awakening the Living Glory of God

The Crown of Light is awakened in me. I am the Living Glory of God made manifest.

The Power to Choose Again — A Chakra-by-Chakra Return to Love

We so easily forget. It is simple to complain, to blame, to project, to fall asleep into the old dream of fear.

We have rehearsed fear for lifetimes — and so it can feel familiar, automatic, almost reasonable.

Luckily we are blessed with the chakra system as a path of remembrance. Each chakra is a place where we can choose again.

ROOT — When fear tells me I am alone, I return to Truth: I am made in the Image and Likeness of God. I anchor myself in the certainty that I am safe in Him.

SACRAL — When emotions rise or relationships stir the waters, I remember the Holy Spirit goes with me wherever I go. I choose to breathe, to allow, to soften — rather than react.

SOLAR PLEXUS — When the mind speaks with the ego’s voice, I pause and remember: My Mind is God’s Mind. Only the thoughts I think with God are real.

HEART — When I am tempted to close or withdraw, I remember: This above all — Love.

THROAT — When I feel the urge to attack, blame, or justify, I choose responsibility. I choose clarity. I choose Love.

THIRD EYE — When perception becomes clouded by judgment, I ask for Christ Vision. I look again. I remember we are One.

CROWN — In this remembrance, the Crown of Light is awakened in me. I am the Living Glory of God made manifest.

I Am at Home in God — Fear Is the Stranger Here

The Lord is the strength of my life;
of whom shall I be afraid?
— Psalm 27

I remember now.
I am at home in God.
Fear is the stranger here.
