This week, I’d like to take you beyond reflection into direct experience.

Integration is not only an idea—it’s a living practice. And so I invite you to journey inward with me through a guided meditation, The Mosaic of You, and follow it with journal prompts (available as a pdf download below) designed to help you embody what arises.

The Mosaic of You

There is a place within you where all that you have ever been—every joy, every sorrow, every triumph, every stumble—gathers in sacred union. Like shards of coloured glass in a vast cosmic mosaic, these pieces tell the story of your becoming. Some gleam with light, others are weathered and worn, yet each holds its own quiet holiness.

This meditation is an invitation to step into that inner gallery—to see your life not as scattered fragments, but as a luminous work of divine art in motion. Here, nothing is wasted. Even the cracked tiles glisten when touched by the light of your awareness.

Now, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let yourself be guided home to the truth: you are whole, you are holy, you are the living mosaic of your Soul.

Meditation: The Mosaic of You – A Sacred Embrace of All That You Are

Close your eyes…
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And as you exhale slowly through the mouth, allow yourself to land—
Here. Now. In the temple of your own being.

Let the outer world dissolve.
Let the masks fall.
Let the striving cease.

And simply… breathe in Love.
Breathe out fear.

You are safe.
You are held.
You are being remembered.

Now… imagine before you a mosaic—vast, shimmering, intricate.
Each tile a piece of your life.
Some dark. Some light.
Some radiant. Some cracked.

But all sacred.
All necessary.
All you.

This is the mosaic of your life—who you’ve been, and who you are becoming.
Although each piece is a part of the whole, you are not broken.
You are the art of God in motion—
a holy embodiment of Love itself.

See the younger versions of yourself—
the one who was confused,
the one who tried so hard,
the one who felt unseen,
the one who pretended to be okay when you weren’t,
and the one who beat themselves up for not saying it right,
not doing it right,
not being perfect.

Invite these versions of you to the circle now.
Let them sit beside you.
Face them not with judgment, but with reverence.

Whisper to them:
“You were never wrong. You were becoming.”

Feel the ghosts from the past rise gently—
old stories, looping patterns,
memories you thought you had to outrun.

Let them come to be with you.
Not to haunt you—
but to be embraced by the light of your presence.

Say to them:
“I honour you. I honour who I’ve been. And I honour who I am becoming.”

Let your breath now carry this knowing deeper:
You do not need to float above life to be spiritual.

You are here to live it fully.
To cry. To rise. To stumble. To shine.

To hold the polarity of love and fear,
darkness and light—
and still choose Love.
Still choose Truth.
Still choose You.

Now place your hands on your heart…
and repeat silently or aloud:

I am the sacred mosaic of my Soul.
Every part of my story brought me to this moment of awareness.
I am the living flame of my I AM Presence.
I do not reject my past—I alchemize it.
I do not run from my pain or from myself—
I become holy through it.
I walk the radical path of Integration.

By honouring every aspect of my story,
I breathe in Love and breathe out fear, saying to myself:
After all that, I remember now… I did say yes to this.

Inhale Love, deep into the womb of your being.
And as you exhale, see molecules of unworthiness being expelled,
fading into nothingness.

Tell yourself:
Everything in my life served my highest good.
I am awake to Self Love.

Now smile and say:
“Oh, what stories I could tell.”

Breathe in gratitude as you come back to this moment of now.
Tilt your head side to side.
Roll your shoulders.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you’re ready… open your eyes—
not as who you were,
but as who you truly are:

✨ A beautiful mosaic of your soul—whole, perfect, and complete.

Journal Prompts for Integration

After listening, take some quiet time with these prompts. Let your pen be a sacred witness to your becoming:

Which pieces of my past do I still judge or hide from?
What would happen if I welcomed them into the mosaic of my soul?
What does being the embodiment of Love mean to me—especially in my humanness?
Where have I been trying to “rise above” instead of fully inhabit my life?
How can I honour my pain as part of the path?
What memory, ghost, or past self am I now ready to face with radical compassion?
If my Soul were arranging the pieces of my life into a divine pattern… what beauty might be emerging that I cannot yet see?
What does it feel like to stop “trying to earn” freedom, and instead allow it to be who I am?

Bring the Mosaic With You

As you reflect on your meditation and journaling, remember: every fragment of your story is a sacred tile in the masterpiece of your soul. Integration is not about perfection—it’s about welcoming every part of yourself home with love.
