Todays meditation was so practical. And I liked it how you went through the 7 chakras. This makes the course in miracles very practical. Because the course is very long otherwise and difficult to remember. And it repeats itself over and over. You has the ability to take the important parts out of the course and put it in a more practical manner. The theory is good and working through the course is also good. But for transformation purposes the meditations are more effective.
