We live in a world that thrives on profit, a system designed to overstimulate the left brain while keeping the right brain, the seat of intuition, connection and balance, underused. This imbalance keeps us locked in a cycle of overthinking, restlessness, and disconnection from our deeper, spiritual nature.
It’s becoming harder to connect amidst the constant bombardment of electromagnetic frequencies. With the rise of 5G, the increasing presence of satellites overhead, radiation from electricity, and powerful solar flares disrupting our magnetosphere, the energetic noise around us is stronger than ever. These unseen forces create profound disturbances in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. Over the years of working with people from all over the world, the most common complaints I hear today include insomnia, brain fog, fatigue, difficulty focusing, joint paint and the ever-present struggle: “I can’t seem to shut my brain off.”

Nature’s Healing: Preparing for Egypt’s Sacred Energy
Recently, we took a short drive to the seaside. It was one of those perfect days, clear and bright without a single cloud or chemtrail in the sky. Walking bare foot on the warm sparkly sand felt deeply healing. The calm waters of the Straits of Malacca stretched out before us, crystal clear and deep blue, mirroring the vast expanse of the bright sky.
We sat on the shore, gazing at the horizon, and within minutes, I felt it—the shift. I went from left brain, to right brain and my body softened, my mind quieted, and something deep within me realigned. Mother Nature, in her infinite wisdom, restored the balance. That night, I slept like a baby. Like magic my body, mind and spirit was brought to a state of harmonic resonance with the beauty of nature.

The ancients possessed a profound understanding of the laws of nature, far beyond what we comprehend today. They operated from a right-brain consciousness, the seat of spirit, where deep connection allowed them to access divine intelligence effortlessly. In this state of alignment, they could download wisdom and manifest with extraordinary precision.

As I walked through the temples and pyramids along the Nile, it became unmistakably clear to me that they were far more than mere stone and structure. I could feel their design pulsing with an intelligence that aligned with natural law. It was so evident to me that these ancient master builders didn’t create at random; every detail, from the hieroglyphics to the hand gestures of the Neters, from the sacred placement of the Holy of Holies to the towering obelisks, was intentional. Everything was strategically placed and woven together with one purpose in mind and that was to amplify life force. As I moved from temple to temple, I noticed that I could feel this pulse of life force in different chakras.
The ancients possessed an innate wisdom, a deep connection to the land that allowed them to detect the sacred power spots upon which they built their monuments, and I could feel it. They understood the pulse of the earth, the ley lines – what some call dragon lines, and they knew that where these currents of energy intersected, powerful vortexes were born. These sacred sites were not merely places of worship; they were energetic conduits, merging the forces of heaven and earth to uplift all who entered.

Whether we are conscious of it or not, when we step into a temple, stand before a pyramid, or pause beside the sacred lake at Karnak, something within us shifts. Egypt speaks in a language beyond words. It’s a language of frequency, vibration, colour, sound and harmonic resonance. And after all these years, It continues to stir something ancient inside me, awakening what has long lain dormant.

Abu Simbel: The Sacred Temple That Awakens Divine Consciousness
I remember my first visit to Abu Simbel, having no idea what awaited me. As our group walked toward the temple, it remained hidden from view. Then, as we rounded a bend, there it was—four colossal statues of Ramses II staring straight ahead, eternal sentinels honouring the Father, symbolised by the Sun, RA. In that moment, I understood: this was a reflection of the divine incarnation. We are born into this body-temple…formed on the potters wheel of earth, water, fire, and air to embody the light, to remember our origin, and to offer our lives in devotion to the sacred.
Who is the “you” who are living in this world? Spirit is immortal, and immortality is a constant state.

Invitation to Your Spiritual Awakening: Egypt’s Sacred Call
To this day, I will never forget the shift I felt in my root chakra at Abu Simbel. As I gazed upon the four faces of Pharaoh Ramses II, a surge of life-force energy opened my heart in a way I had never experienced before and instantly I felt fully anchored and grounded in my body. Perfect symmetry in each face carved in stone held a unique expression of love and devotion to the Divine, a silent hymn etched in time. Tears streamed down my face in deep gratitude for all that has been given. My heart swelled with love as I reflected on the wisdom of our ancient ancestors, how they built these living temples, not just as monuments, but as portals to eternity. I can’t help but feel that they left us a gift, an invitation to awaken, to remember, and to shift into a higher state of being.
I thought to myself that this is only day one and I was flying high on life force alone! To my heart’s delight, the alchemical journey from darkness to light had begun. Can it get any better? Stay tuned.
